The place was nice but didn’t like how when I checked in and was asked if i could have upgraded because am a marriot member the lady told me no because i booked my hotel through Expedia and not through the hotel it self but when i emailed and spoke to them via chat the lady told me that i could and also asked me if i wanted her to block the upgraded room that i requested and i was willing to show her my communication with me and the agent but she seemed like she didn’t care and was not interested snd understanding to my request and or need she was a lil rude !!!! Also the other cleaning staff was nice especially the lady that works in a cafeteria she very happy and friendly and being in the hotel industry my self that was good customer service!! The rooms were clean but however i saw two cockroaches in the room one was dead on the floor and I had to kill one on my last morning when i was leaving but other than those two situations i think ill visit again and next time getting a more bigger room in which i wanted because it was me my husband and our 15yrs old daughter and if u know ya know we need adults time lollll online the set up and what it’s saying is a lil different but other than that ill stay back here again

Room and hotel were very outdated, no soap to wash your hands in the bathroom, couch doesn’t let out into a bed, plus the couch was dirty and stained. Hallways smell like carpet needs to be cleaned. Very disappointing, especially for $260 per night.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Although my original room was not ready—even though I checked in more than an hour after the stated check-in time—the staff handled the situation professionally. The room rugs/floors were not fully cleaned, but this was explained to me. I also received notice of a fire drill only a few moments before it occurred, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from these issues, the staff were delightful, accommodating, and very professional throughout my stay. Their customer service helped make the experience a pleasant one overall.”

We had a great two night stay! The room was functional and very clean. There is a small kitchenette with basic silverware and flatware. The breakfast was complimentary and very nice with some hot food as well. There was free coffee all day. Kudos to the front office and support staff too who were all very courteous and helpful.
