A Great Find on Short Notice

When our other reservation cancelled our NYE reservation on the 30th, we were panicked. We needed accommodations for 9 adults and 2 infants in under 24 hours notice on a major holiday. Fortunately, DJ saved the day. He was super communicative and flexible about timing, and got the hosue ready for us on very short notice. The house itself was lavish and comfortable. We had a great time cooking dinner and sitting poolside. Our only note would be that its clear that usually catering staff that bring their own gear use the kitchen - it was a bit under equipped for cooking dinner. That said, we made due and had a fabulous time! Would absolutely recommend.

Wedding and Reception for 55 people

We couldn't have found a better venue for my daughter's rehearsal dinner, overnight accommodations for the wedding party, and a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding and reception. The property manager, Susan, was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. She made sure that the venue was picture perfect ready for the ceremony.

Fantastic Palace of a House

The palace is fantastic. The inside of the house is modern and updated and all the appliances are fresh and new. The pots and pans and utensils And cups and glasses are plentiful and fresh and new. The beds and pillows and pull out beds and regular couches are comfortable. The rooms are big. The couches are numerous. The outdoor pool area is an oasis and the palm trees and flowers and grass and vegetation are excellent. Pool is big and has a deep end and there are lots of out door chairs and places to chill and be in the sun. Back yard is large and a great place to have a catch. All of the pictures are accurate and the house is bigger than it appears. There is a private gate and you feel extremely secure in the house. Fantastic air-conditioning and lighting throughout the property. The fridge has a sparkling water tap built-in which was a nice treat. There is a pond where you can go fishing and my kid caught three fish. The house is about 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport and very close to a target and Walmart and lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Great location and everything was very easy. There is a master bedroom with a side room with a pullout couch and a huge closet that easily fits a crib. There is a “coach house” which has a king bed and a pullout couch and has 2 bathrooms. The other bedrooms all have king beds and one has an attached bathroom. My entire family ranging from two years old to 50 years old absolutely loved staying in the house and we had a blast. Susan was our contact and she was extremely attentive and welcoming. Fantastic house.
