Overall the hotel was nice and renovated. There were some parts that were still under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. There was plenty of parking but it was more expensive than the website said it was supposed to be. It was $19 something per night instead of the $12 it says on their website. We were able to park right under our hotel room so we can keep an eye on the car. The area seemed safe and quiet. There is a shuttle service to the airport which is convenient but it’s $35 so keep that in mind. Although the room was nice and had everything we needed it was not very clean. There was hair and dirt all over the floor. We found a random dirty sock from a previous guest on the floor next to the bed. The bathroom mirrors needed to be cleaned. Loved the balcony! Convenient location right near the beach and the best price among other hotels in the area.

Disinterested staff, loud AC unit, uncomfortable bed with metal piece sticking out at bottom (wound risk if not careful,) but worst part was when I asked for invoice for stay so I can submit it to my company, I was told in a very condescending and arrogant manner to get it from whoever I did my reservation through.

This is a roadside motel that looks like it may have been built in the 1970s. Everything is old looking. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. Got in late and had to make a midnight run to a 24 hr CVS to get earplugs so we could sleep. It was clean. Credit where credit is due. But if you’re looking for a nice upscale hotel this ain’t it. Let me be clear. It’s a dump.

Clogged Toilet room 214
The room has a clogged toilet, we went down to the reception to ask for help at 12:50am because we needed to evacuate and it was not possible. They tell us that they have no way to solve the problem, that the hotel is full and that we could use the public bathroom at the reception if we wanted. I asked for a toilet plunger to solve my problem and they didn't have it either, my family and I couldn't use the toilet, I'm very disappointed. I demand a refund of my money, I paid a quite expensive rate for 1 night and my room did not have the bathroom available. I await your response as soon as possible.
