Red Roof Inn - accommodation in Fort Lauderdale

Friday Feb 15, 2026 Our stay at Costa Hollywood Beach Resort exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. We stayed at the hotel from May 3rd, 2026 to May 14th, 2026, and every part of our experience was wonderful. From the very first interaction, the customer service was exceptional. Any questions I had before arriving were answered promptly through email, which immediately gave me confidence in choosing this hotel. We had requested a specific type of room, and not only were our requests accommodated, but they truly exceeded our expectations. We also had a late check-in, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally, making our arrival completely stress-free. The room itself was extremely clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The entire hotel is spotless and very well managed. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the property in excellent condition. We stayed on the south side on the sixth floor just below the pool area, and the location was perfect. The room had a sleek, modern feel — perhaps adding another piece of artwork or décor could make it feel a little cozier — but overall it was very comfortable, relaxing, and immaculate. What truly made this stay stand out was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and eager to help — from the front desk staff to the people handing out towels. Everyone consistently went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and cared for. We will be back!

Hotel was clean, good location and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient especially bell hops and cleaning staff. Front desk were friendly but did not explain hotel policy on self parking and later check out. It was not explained before hand that there was a charge for extending checkout for an hour. Also extra day of parking charge.

Service was horrible , no chairs by pool , packed by 8 am . Bathroom by pool was so gross wet toilet paper everywhere! Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Look elsewhere. I’ve never written a review on any platform. But for this I just have too! 2 hrs min to get food and drinks
