The room itself was nice very spacious and big, unfortunately the building where we received a room didn’t have a pool but there was pools around that you were able to use. The check in was a little confusing but overall not bad for a quick weekend trip and the proximity to the beach is amazing

The property itself is not bad. Expect a $35.00 service charge and $20.00 charge that are due at the time of checkin. They will hold $100 deposit, also due at the check in time. Rooms are ok. Expect some quick fixes and some cheap repairs to the rooms. At the reception desk expect a rude treat and un empathetic service. But is is located in a great place.

As soon as we checked in to room smell of mold Not safe , room door really bad. So loud so much drinking and smoking weed in front of the door (public area) We travel with our kids. We went to reception right away about everything I explain we are planning to stay 3nights but we can’t in this room because of all above. Receptionist was so rude. We want to check out. They don’t give our money back charge 3days plus parking plus fee . We were so disappointed. But we can’t stay there at all . If you are family please be aware

By the beach hotel

We always stay around that area and this was the first time stying at this particular hotel. Quick note: the shower had a lot of sand when we first arrived into the apartment as well the sink. It was fairly clean. I lost something around the bed and when I went to search for it beside the bed, it was a little dirty. This hotel has a lot of potential it just needs care. It was hard to find the check in spot since it was at another location. And the receptionist didn’t help much either. Overall we love our stay there.

Disgusting never stay here

First of all. This place looks very deceiving in the pictures. First red flag, we arrived in Miami around 9am. We called to let them know we were here and was wondering how early we could check in, they said 1pm with a nominal fee would be earliest check in; I called at 1pm and they said the room wasn’t ready and that it would be done by 3:30, called again at 3:30 they stated we needed to stop asking and to give their housekeepers time to clean the room. Check in time for everyone was at 4pm. We went to check in to our hotel and there was easily 12 people in the little lobby all checking into other properties! They had two people at the front desk we didn’t even check in until 5pm! Second red flag, the pools were DISGUSTING. Sooo murky and smelled like bleach and made us itch when we got out of the pool. 3rd red flag, we paid for late check out because our flight leaves late. Check out is at 11am but we paid for 2pm, when we arrived back from the beach our key card was deactivated and it looked like someone had been in our room! 4th red flag, there are no kitchen utensils, shower and bathroom are a total mess cosmetically. The continental breakfast only contained cereal and burnt toast. They have been charging extra fees for everything. To everyone looking at this place to stay please save your money and do it else where! This place is GOD awful!!! Never again. HBH is an awful company
