The view was phenomenal-we loved staying on the intercoastal, seeing the ocean and the draw bridge from 18 floors up. The appt was definitely needing serious attention. It smelled of curry, had limited trash bags and toilet paper (we were warned, but the limits for a wk stay was def lacking). Had to send several photos as there was existing damage and the dish washer leaked and recommend not using it. The elevators apparently were broken by kids on spring break the week before us and led to 20-45 min waits for going up-often used the stairs going down. The beach club amenities are for 2, no matter what you pay for (we had 6). Two days we were told no beach service was available and we were given 2 chairs on a third day. Check in is a disaster. We arrived after 4 as instructed. The room was not ready, we were asked to wait 20 mins and after 50, we went up to check. There were people everywhere. The property’s staff is great. If you want beach towels-take your own, 2/6 days we went to use them they were gone.
