The desk staff at check-in was friendly and polite; the room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast and the pool looked awesome though we didn't stay long enough this time to try it. Also appreciated the airport transfer.

Do a good room check. Our rooms were not clean, limited towels especially at the pool, beds were not comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful addressing concerns.

Transport was awful. Do not recommend. Found a dirty blanket in my couch set up. Called to have it replaced. Waited an hour and a half it never came. Went down to the counter. No one was there. Waited for a while kept calling front desk. Someone finally came over. Said they would send someone. Waited another 20 plus minutes. No one came down. Went back to the desk the front desk staff had to go retrieve a blanket for me. I just wanted to go to bed. It was very frustrating. Hallway carpets are disgusting. Pool was small.
