Beautiful rooms, bathroom is nice, quiet. Pool does need maintenance and the bar outside is ok. No real room service. Getting in and checking out is easy. The location is nice too, it’s downtown and view is beautiful.

We arrived late in the evening and went to the room. The room was not cleaned, the bedding and towels had been removed but never made up again. Called the phone number from the email/text and they were no other rooms available and no staff on site. We were refunded but had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night during vacation week. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel, close to Hollywood beach. The only negative was the valet service was very slow. Over a half hour to get our car. The valet never looked at his App for our car request until we came down to get it.

The room was clean and modern, served its purpose for one night. It could have used a few extra fresh towels/hand towels, especially since room service is an extra charge I can see this being an issue if staying longer than one night. For over $300/night I expected the hotel to be quite a bit nicer than it was which was disappointing: the hallways had dirt and debris on the floors throughout the entire hotel, which is just inexcusable and lazy and gives one star hotel vibes. The walls of this hotel are PAPER thin, after a late night event I woke up at 7am to the sound of vacuums and furniture being dragged across the floor in the room above us, this went on for atleast an hour, then again about 3 hours later! After reading reviews we were really excited to try the rooftop restaurant Olive..but apparently it is closed on Mondays(the only day we were staying at the hotel). The elevator could also us some TLC, the walls were all banged and scratched up, again dirt and debris on the floors, and was extremely loud and clunking while inside so much that another guest and Iocked eyes and said a prayer lol! As we left around noon we were shocked by the lobby, there were people laid out and sleeping/snoring on EVERY couch in the lobby..like every corner! Some with suitcases, some without, it felt like a homeless shelter not a 4 star hotel..I’m not exaggerating either there was literally not a single seat without someone passed out sleeping on it it was extremely uncomfortable.

Everything was great. Shoutout to the customer service team who helped me change rooms and view which turned my last minute booking into positivity. Centrally located and near a lot. Lobby and restaurants are gorgeous! Rooftop was so nice. 1 star was taken off because I was expecting the rooms to be a bit more modern and chic. The bed wasnt the best. But the bathroom was updated and big! I would stay here again.

Layout of the entrance of the hotel is not ideal for valet parking. There's not enough space to comfortably maneuver with cars pretty much on all sides. One of two elevators was not working, and it did not ge fixed during the entire week that I was there.

The room was beautiful and clean, the showers were gorgeous. The upstairs pool deck was relaxing but needed some general repairs. The staff were kind and accommodating. The stay was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. It provided a perfect spot to destress and sleep. Check in required upload of documents which is a consideration for some.

Clean rooms, really good italian restaurant/ rooftop bar, and coffee shop. Great location! Will stay again. The only complaints would be outdated/ worn out furniture in the room, the missing/ broken equipment in the gym and the pool is not heated. Otherwise, our stay was perfect. We will book again on our next trip to Hollywood.
