We arrived for check in, I booked 12 rooms for a show where the artists arrived tired from the trip and they could only start entering the rooms some at 5 pm others at 6 pm, this was really very disrespectful. We also had problems at the front desk that couldn't find our reservations already paid, they made me pay 2 times the security deposit. The rooms due to the hurry that the cleaners were to clean left hair on the floor and wall of the box. I always give preference to this hotel chain, but this time it was disappointing and shameful for me who brought the artists.

Love this hotel for its closeness to airport and freeway. Rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast had a large assortment to pick from. I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Ft. Lauderdale.

Doing this review a few months after my stay so I don't remember all the specifics. The things that stand out were that there was a nice lady working at breakfast during the week who kept offering to help and checking if we had everything we needed. That was really great! Parking was terrible. The lot was constantly full and you have to park at the gas station next door, which didn't feel safe at night. They gave us a parking pass for the car but I still worried about it being towed and stressed about enough space because the gas station spots were also pretty full.
