The room lacked heat, and while I do understand it’s Miami and it’s extremely rare to have a cold front like this weekend, it’s still something that should be in every room.

The room was nice but the bathroom was in need of some attention. Mold under sink rim. Hair stick to shower wall and sever flooding, no matter the position of the sliding doors. We had to use all our towels to soak up the flood on the floor.

The room was nice enough but the bathroom was in need of some TLC. Mold under the sink rim, some kind of cardboard material shredding from under the bathroom door. Hair stick to the shower wall, film on the soap dish. And the shower doors, although pretty and nicer than a shower curtain could not keep water on off the floor. We ended up using all our towels to soak up the flood after each shower. But a positive. Michael from the front desk was super hospitable and gregarious with everyone. He deserves acknowledgment.

There were roaches in the room, the blanket and sheets were stained, which caused me to go purchase my own blanket and have my own sheets on the bed. And the smell as I entered into the room was horrible. Ultimately I couldn’t stay another night so I left earlier than I expected to.
