Worst hotel ever stayed in. Mouldy windows, stained, burnt carpet, awful breakfast and haven't refunded the $50 deposit, (paid deposit for x2 rooms so its actually $100) still in pending. Paid for 2 adults and a child for a room but child didn't get breakfast coupon, had to pay additional, sat down and left the food it was that bad. My partner got bitten by bed bugs that night, still marks on legs now back in the UK. On leaving asked when deposit would return and told 6-10 working days, it's been 20 working days and still holding the deposit. Nothing near the hotel, everything is an Uber away. Wish I'd have read the negative reviews before booking. Avoid.

Bathrooms need remodeling

Service was great and the room was nice, but the bathroom needs renovations. It brought the entire experience down. Even if the bathroom was clean, the floors and walls make it seem dirty. The shower looks like it also needs to be updated. The bathrooms make it more of a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star as listed.

Just wow

I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. At check-in, Caesar made the whole process smooth and easy—such great service! After checking out, my husband realized he had accidentally left some of his high-end clothes in the room. We immediately called the hotel, and Linda reassured us that they had found the items. To our relief, the hotel sent his clothes back to us promptly and with great care. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service from the entire team. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
