great apartment

great 2 bedroom apartment and the landlord had it stocked up with everything we needed. even beach chairs. location not so great but we did not have any problems.

Cute little apartment…with some cons

The host is very nice and sweet, responds quickly, makes sure you are all set, checks in in the beginning of your stay and overall was very attentive. I enjoyed working with her throughout this process. The apartment inside is very nice. The beds are nice, it’s cute and modern and comfortable. A great size for my family of 4 on vacation. I’m going to list some potential cons: Neighborhood- I’ll be blunt… it’s sketchy. It’s in a not so great neighborhood… I can’t say it’s the worst possible neighborhood because it’s easy enough access to the “big roads” to get to places, and only 15 minutes to the beach… but it does give of sketchy Pool- we never used it… didn’t think it looked clean or sanitary Parking - we didn’t have any issue with parking, however, nothing is clearly labeled and it’s a little crammed… Noise- the walls are pretty thin. Luckily, we didn’t have any issues falling asleep because of noise…there was ab occasional car speeding off or a dog bark, but after 11 it was quiet. Overall, if it weren’t for the location and pool issue (which is my personal preference, some may think I’m being silly) I would easily give this listing 5 stars.
