The rooms were clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was courteous. We did have aminor problem but Marco went above and beyond to help us. I will always stay at this hotel when I am in the area.

The staff were nice but not helpful. When I got to my room, the main door would not close properly, and light would come in from the hallway into my room. The AC/Heat was leaking on the floor, and I had to wipe it several times. There were no other rooms available for me to switch. Towards the end of my stay there were two cockroaches in my room. Other than that, it was fine for my two night stay. The bed was big and comfortable. Location was ideal for me to go to the Arena. They say they offer shuttle services but it is limited to 14 people at specific times and if you don't sign up you cannot ride it or get a ride back to the hotel. Breakfast was fine, generic American style breakfast, nothing too crazy or amazing. It is close to a Mexican restaurant and a Colombian restaurant that has good food at decent prices.

The A/C’s weren’t operating correctly. The rooms were very humid. Mold could have been present in the first room we were assigned. They were good about switching rooms for me, although with some resistance at first.

One of the elevators kept on malfunctioning. We have to move rooms as the air conditioning unit was very loud, eventually it abruptly stopped working. Most of the staff were friendly and helpfully except for a front desk employee. Rooms were clean and the WiFi worked.
