One flush toilet had a sign that you could not flush toilet paper-gross! Very noisy location. The futon was not comfortable to sit on-hard as a rock. The legs on the dining room chairs were very rickety and about to snap off. The floor just inside the bedroom door is sunken and bounces when stepped on like you might fall through. We appreciated the friendly staff and early check in as well as the convenience of a kitchenette!

So initial thoughts were that it was really run down. They gave us a room by the pool. The room was a nice size. Bed was comfortable. Clean enough that we stayed. Full sized refrigerator, sink, stove, microwave. Coffee maker. NO COFFFEE though............................ Bathroom was small. Absolutely no counter at all. It did have a medicine cabinet that you could put your tolietries in, but no where to set anything down at all. Shower good size, no tub. So, it took me a minute, because it was behind the toliet. But there is actually a sign that says DON'T Flush the toliet paper! Hahaha They have a tiki bar? But NO ice machine. I think the staff all leaves after 10 and its quite the party place after that. There is a number to call if there are issues though. If you can handle the above, you are just steps from the Broadwalk and beach!
