This had a 8.2 rating and was barely a 4.2

The pictures offered do not accurately show the hotel. And the description was incorrect. The check in does not have 24 hour staffing. On site parking was available. We had to call to get our information to get into our room. We were told that there was an email sent- but of course it went to spam. Outside our room were two bed frames leaning against a tree. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was barren- maybe 10x10 with two old beds and an outdoor like bench between the beds- with a closet where the ac unit was and a bathroom. The beds were old spring mattresses. The tv was hanging off the wall at an angle. The electrical sockets weren't secure. The bathroom looked like it was redone, but the door was loose, and the grout was not finished. The towels were plush and the shower head was nice- it had great pressure and was the highlight of our stay.

The property was affordable and reasonably clean and pleasant. The courtyard area was cute, the room was mostly very clean with everything that we needed needed. It was walkable to restaurants, shops, bars, nightlife. Unfortunately, we found the area to be very noisy at night. Traveling with small children, this can create an issue. Fortunately, the noise did die down to a reasonable degree between 11:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.. the room was clean except for the sofa is pretty old and not the cleanest. Despite it being a sofa bed, we were not able to get it to open. At check-in I was supposed to have received an email with instructions to get into the room. That email was not in my inbox or spam when I arrived. Thankfully, the managers were very responsive and resolved the issue within 20 minutes. I did try to reach out again as I didn't see the Wi-Fi password anywhere and couldn't get the TV to function but I did not get a response. Thankfully my stay was very short and we got by without the TV or wifi. I'm certain it would have been in the email I never received. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, I would just be aware of the potential for noise at night and make sure you get the email with all the information before you arrive at the hotel.

The sheets were smelly, and the tv didn't work. I left before my time was up. I could continue to sleep in a dirty bed. I spoke to the hotel manager and she just said sorry, didn't try get clean sheets. The furniture looks like it was picked up from the dumpster.

The staff was great and the property is in good condition, the only thing to point out is that inside your room you can hear everything that is happening around and also the guests that are in the next room.
