Basic but close to the beach

We stayed in the studio. It was very clean which was great. There is a full size bed and a futon. It was a little cramped having the full size bed as we are used to having a queen but the bed itself was comfortable. The kitchen is oddly configured but we mostly ate out so it really didn't matter. The shower was great. The best part is that it is very close walking distance to the beach!

Poor Communication

I booked this resort because it had a good review and it was a 3 star rating,either is even close.I booked this resort with a free cancel up until checking in,but was charged by the resort the day after booking?I was told i had cottage#2,then i received an email changing it to cottage 4.When i arrived at cottage #4 at 8 pm the code didn't work!! I called the emergency number and was told it changed again to cottage 1,i was never informed of this change?I tried calling the phone number given for the resort numerous times during the week,the number given was a voice mailbox that wasn't even set up??Cottage #1 had broken furniture,the bed in one of the rooms was about 2 feet from the floor?There was no internet.This is no was a 3 star resort.Ive tried to contact the resort after my stay with again no answer?? I had photos of the furniture but of course they didn't load on here??

Great Stay by the Ocean

We had a great stay! The units were great, the service was excellent, and the area was perfect. New ownership was in the process of taking over during our stay, and it was obvious that they were immediately making improvements to an already awesome location.
