Private apartment in a cottage located in the heart of Delray Beach! Kitchen is equipped with anything one might need or want to cook a full dinner in comfort of your own vacation place. The cottage features two bedrooms with a queen size bed in a master bedroom, one full and a twin in the guest bedroom. Some cottages have a couch that turns into either two single beds or one queen bed. Every cottage is equipped with outdoor space featuring table, chairs and a private grill. The property is in a lush green setting that will make you feel like you are in a garden rather then only minutes away from Down Town. If you decide to bring a pet we do have a fully gated park/dog run on the property.
If you do wish to venture out, the famous Atlantic Ave is within walking distance. Atlantic Ave. with fabulous restaurants, bars and night life, shopping, art galleries, tennis courts, tours, etc. The beach is just a short walk from Atlantic Ave.

Great hideaway for relaxation and fun!
A dreamy bungalow perfect for getting away from it all, close enough to Delray to be part of all the fun and festivities, and just a drop off the beaten path to be private, and an oasis of calm. The property manager is great and very communicative. Highly recommend!!

Needs work
There is great potential with this place, but the work needs to be put on it. It looked clean but it wasn’t throughly clean. Mold on the bathroom wall, there was a flying roach in the kitchen, the beds in one of the rooms weren’t very comfortable and some of the lights were not working. However, I made the best of the stay and it was close to the Atlantic Ave, and good distance from the beach.

Wonderful location
We spent 3 weeks here and was very happy with the accommodations. Clean, location was GREAT, loved meeting the other tenants in the centralized court yard. We felt safe, and walked downtown/beach almost every day. Thank you.

We stayed 2 weeks and had a good time. Laura was very responsive. The apt was clean when we got it. We had to buy few more things for tge kitchen for our stay, but in general it was a good value for money. We'll certainly come again.
