• The house was meticulously renovated, keeping the 18th century charm. The main floor has a kitchen, dining room, living room, family room and bathroom. Upstairs is a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. There is a small exercise room which is detached from the house.
• Outside is a large patio with numerous outdoor games (badminton, volleyball, corn hole, & more).
• Fort Edward is known for its variety of unique birds. About 1 mile away is a bird watcher’s sanctuary where bird enthusiast come with their binoculars and share their common interest.
