The gym was a disaster falling ceiling tiles. Some weird kid just hanging out in the pool area in street clothes playing loud music. Room was nice simple and clean.

Room and staff were fine for a budget hotel. Rest of hotel was largely neglected and in disrepair. Ceiling of fitness room was falling apart and chunks of it were sitting on treadmill. Flooring (gravel) next to pool was falling apart and hurt to walk on. Sauna did not work at all. Breakfast room was cold and dark. Room temperature was 55 degrees. Very unwelcoming and limited breakfast amenities. Room was okay for price but rest of hotel needs serious attention.
