Hotel is several miles from I-25 on a quiet street. Rooms are nice relative to price point. Nice coffee shop 5 minutes walk down the street. REI across the street. You can drive to restaurants in 5-10 minutes. This was my second time staying here in one week. I would stay again.

Great Hotel

I love this hotel. We stay here every time we are in Fort Collins (which is often). It is clean, affordable, and in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 3 days and received no housekeeping services. Apparently you need to request upon check-in, but this was never raised with me. Very surprised that no one checks after two days. When I raised with the front desk, they could care less... very disappointing stay.

Pulled back the covers to go to bed. Bed hadn't been changed from previous guest! Hair and who knows what! Disgusting. The good thing about the stay was Robert. The front desk clerk. He was run ragged trying to keep up with complaints! Came and changed the bed himself. Wouldn't stay again

The breakfast was of very poor quality. The hot option was recostituted egg scrabled with the consistency of cardboard and the breakfast meat was boiled and sliced / chopped hot dogs. It took cheapness to a whole new level.
