FWIW..post when a pool is closed
Check in was fine, easy. The room was clean. The desk in the room was about to fall apart as the legs were barely held together by the bolts. The entire desk had a movement of about 3-4 inches in a side to side wobble. I thought it might collapse.
Also, the pool was “closed “, a sign posted on the door to the pool. The pool was half full of water. I’m only guessing here but since there were workers bringing in rolls of carpet through one of the end hallway exits and the pool area had at least 6 rolls of carpet in there, that’s why the pool was closed. Not that the pool was inoperable, but it was a storage area.
This is the second hotel (different brand) in 1 1/2 weeks that had a pool closed. I feel this type of thing should be posted on their site when it happens because sometimes families look for a pool so kids can burn off their energy after a day of riding in a car.
Or someone driving all day looking forward to a little swim for exercise
