We checked in late on a Saturday night. Check in was easy. Got to room and noticed long dark hair coiled up in corners of bathroom near tub-yuck. There were also some strands of hair on the comforter. Breakfast below average, sugary cereals, high sugar yogurt and muffins. It's likely on par with similar price points.

The rug in our room was filthy. We spilled some water and blotted it up with a hotel towel. When we looked at the towel, it was very dirty without any scrubbing. The couch was very worn and I suspect, also very dirty. We won’t stay here again.

Hotel was not clean. My room had a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, unidentified objects in the tub, torn fitted sheet. Elevator floor dirty. Front desk had sign up “Sorry, helping another guest. Thank you for your patience”. Took about 8 mins for someone to show up. Then he (who was very polite and apologetic to the holdup) had a problem with my reservation. He said my card had been declined so hotel had not been paid. He finally called his supervisor who (after going thru the same motions) instructed him to call another number. After another 10 minutes, it was finally resolved by a screen refresh. This am I attempted to tell the lady at the front desk of my room issues. She was very rude. I’ve stayed at many Comfort Suites that were nice. This was not.
