Tipsy Hill is located at Forster, just across the river from Walker Flat.
Tipsy Hill is well known for its amazing scenery, bird watching and access to a quiet lagoon.
Enjoy the magic sunsets over the River.
The guest room has a queen size bed, lounge suite, dining table and 4 chairs and a kitchenette.
The kitchenette has basic facilities including a fridge, stove, microwave, kitchen sink, cooking equipment.
There is a TV and board games / cards for entertainment.
We have supplied tea and coffee, and basic continental breakfast provisions.
Outside there is a Jack and Jill seat for you to sit and enjoy the serenity and views of the river.
The entire room and offset bathroom is available for guest use.
Please be aware the bathroom is a short walking distance from the room across a concrete driveway.
Guests can also walk down to the river and enjoy the jetty and lagoon.
There is a paddle board available for your use while staying at Tipsy Hill. You need to bring your own life jacket. The lagoon is about a metre deep.

Positives: Friendly hosts. Neat cabin. Quiet rural location. Breakfast cereals and milk supplied by host. Clean bedding and towels supplied. Air Conditioner and heating unit.Negatives: External toilet and shower facilities which if it is raining you get wet everytime you visit the bathroom. Bugs a spiders galore inside the cabin. Photos misleading, cabin is not on the water front. Very steep decent from road to cabin to water front. Holes in cabin verandah roof so rain poured into our shoes which were left under the verandah. Lots of farm rubbish left around river access area. Slightly over priced accommodation, given the issues already mentioned.
