L hôtel est relativement bien situé , le confort n'est pas de rigueur mais cela reste correct par rapport a d'autres trois étoiles . Très calme et reposant . Déconseille de partir avec expédia , mieux vaut du tout compris .

Etwas abgewohnt aber super freundliches Personal

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr charmant eingerichtet. Das war jedoch bei dem guten Preis - Leistungsverhältnis absolut ok. Einziger Nachteil: Leider war eine der beiden Matratzen stark durchgelegen. Das Zimmer war bei Anreise schlecht geputzt. Wir konnten in der Toilette noch die braunen Verschmutzungen unserer Vorbewohner selbst wegputzen und auf den Heizkörpern hatte sich fingerdick Staub angesammelt. Ansonsten aber haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Klimaanlage hat gut gekühlt. Der Pool ist klein und man hört die Straße aber es gibt auch einen hinteren Gartenteil wo es ruhig ist und Liegen und Liegestühle gibt. Auch der Thermalpool innen ist wirklich toll und bietet kräftige Massagedüsen. Die Badeabteilung mit Massagen haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Das Allerbeste an diesem Hotel ist jedoch der Service. Die Mitarbeiter und damit meine ich durchwegs alle sind absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie man es selten auf der Insel findet. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden prompt und immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln erledigt, egal ob es ein Cappuccino am Morgen oder ein 2. Bettlaken war. Allein aus diesem Grund würde ich wieder dieses Hotel wählen!

Oltre le camere, reception, sala da pranzo ecc. ci sono tanti spazi comuni, giardini, in modo da accontentare gruppi di persone senza dar fastidio agli altri....C'è la massima libertà per poter vivere come si vuole la vacanza nel rispetto degli altri. E' in una buona posizione per muoversi con Bus. La piscina termale interna è grande e calda, anche quella esterna è 30°ed è termale.

penso che in questo albergo si stia benissimo...il servizio offerto è buono, le stanze pulite anche se l'arredamento potrebbe essere più curato. il personale gentile, le piscine pulite, le terme fantastiche. Cosa fondamentale la gentilezza di tutto personale. In questo albergo si sta benissimo specialmente se cercate di riposare... è immerso nel verde ...io ci ritornerò..

Villa Angela...c'è molto di meglio!

Sono appena tornata da un weekend a Ischia e ho trascorso 2 notti a Villa Angela che non mi hanno affatto soddisfatta. L'Hotel si trova a Forio, dall'altra parte dell'isola rispetto al porto, ma questo non era un problema, sia perchè ero in auto sia perchè c'è la fermata dell'autobus a pochi metri dall'albergo. L'autobus l'ho usato per andare al mare alla spiaggia di Citara, distante solo un paio di fermate e mi sono trovata bene. L'albergo è pulito ma con camere molto spartane, personale alla reception molto disponibile e accogliente. Lo stesso non posso dire per il personale di sala. Io e l'amico con cui ero lì avevamo prenotato con formula pernottamento e prima colazione. Ebbene, arrivati in sala per la colazione abbiamo chiesto dove potessimo sederci e ad alta voce davanti a tutti ci è stato risposto: Ah voi siete solo pernottamento e colazione? Allora andate in fondo alla sala!" Come se non bastasse, la nostra tavola era apparecchiata senza tovaglioli e quando ne abbiamo fatto richiesta ci è stato risposto che noi potevamo usufruire dei tovaglioli di carta!!!!! La colazione lascia molto a desiderare, cereali e cornetti di scadente qualità e torte dall'aspetto poco convincente. Ho utilizzato anche il centro benessere dell'albergo, nuovo, pulito ma niente affatto silenzioso. Il mio massaggio rilassante è stato fatto sentendo dall'esterno della cabina provenire musica ad alto volume, personale canterino e vociare vario.
