Cozy home in Forio with house sea view

This exclusive holiday home is located on the promontory of Zaro on the island of Ischia. The outdoor area is characterised by a large park with gardens, lawns and wooded areas. There are also terraces with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the Ischian sunshine. From the house you can also enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sea of the bay of San Francesco (approx. 80 metres away as the crow flies). Guests have at their disposal outdoor tables with chairs, deckchairs and barbecue, ideal for your al fresco meals. The house has a fireplace; air conditioning and heat pump are available in all rooms. The sandy beach of San Francesco is about 700 metres away and is one of the most beautiful on the island of Ischia. It can be reached on foot in approx. 15 minutes (the road is uphill) or by car (approx. 1200 m). Here you will find paid parking, equipped bathing establishments, shops, typical restaurants with fish and specialities of Ischian cuisine. From the house you can easily reach the centre of Lacco Ameno (approx. 2.7 km) with its beautiful promenade, fashion shops, restaurants, piano bars and typical restaurants. Also worth a visit is the centre of Forio d'Ischia (3.5 km) with its marina and historic village, where you can hire cars, scooters and bicycles. Nearby is the residence of the English composer Sir William Walton with a park with over 500 rare and exotic plants and an amphitheatre where weekly concerts (classical music) are held. There is also a famous thermal park nearby. Unpaved access road (250 m).
