The staff at Reception were so helpful and friendly. We stayed for one night and used the spa which was an absolute treat! The website states the spa is open until 10pm but the staff insisted they close at 9.45pm so we only had 45 minutes to enjoy it. By that time of night it was a little bit grubby ...
