This is a delightful, clean home with insane views of blue water, sunrises, sunsets and millions of stars. The large terrace overlooking the ocean is perfection with seating for lounging and dining. The setup was perfect for our family of three. We certainly appreciated the extras - like filtered water, icemaker, soft beach towels and extra chairs by the water. Lott, the caretaker, was helpful, attentive and always available to answer our questions. A few things to note - the kitchen is set up for bare bones cooking. We made it work, but utensils and cookware are minimal. We also struggled to get the dishwasher to run properly, so we handwashed. The laundry is in the garage below the living area and must be accessed by going outside. Take a headlamp for nighttime washing.We found the beds to be less than plush and lacking in ample bedding. But the fans and the A/C worked great! The walk down to the beach wasn't a problem for us, but I could see it being an issue, especially for littles or anyone who is a clumsy or not wearing proper shoes. It's easy to lose footing. Maybe stairs are in the future? The private beach is great for strolling! We didn't swim or kayak (it was a little rough) but we did catch barracuda and saw plenty of ocean life. This is the last house on the road so it's peaceful. We enjoyed the seclusion, but be aware that the road into the neighborhood isn't a short one. Get groceries in GT and don't miss Tropic Breeze!
