Modern and spacious 3 double bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment/condominium with the community pool just a 10 second walk from the apartment. The unit is beautifully furnished and decorated with new fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. It has a large spacious veranda with dining table and chairs and as its a ground floor condo can easily be accessed to those hard of or unable to walk. The master has a separate bathroom and king size bed and spacious closet. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size and 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed which is a twin over double. 3 Futon sofas in the living room plus dining table, chairs, desk/beauty desk, large flat screen wall mounted tv with cox cable and wifi.

The locale is amazing, in the central part of Orange County, CA accessible to both highways and toll roads for access to both LA and roads to the desert/mountains. The property is 20 a minute drive from Disneyland & Laguna Beach. The property is very close to a great range shops and restaurants. Park is in walking distance and a large selection of shops including Target, Walmart and Ralphs are very close...
