The staff was pretty attentive and helped when our shower was backed up. The hotel sent out maintenance quickly and had our shower fixed within 20 minutes. The area is beautiful and theres plenty to do within the resort. We mainly stayed there for the spa but were pretty surprised how nice the resort was. Overall a great experience

the bed are painful to sleep in.very lumpy and pillows are horrible.the bathroom is outdated,not modern at all.we were moved from first room because lights were out and fridge didn't work.whirlpool didn't work downstairs and the food is terrible.we found other places outside the resort.

This is an inner US resort, not Mexico or all inclusive. Their lodging cost is less with some added costs as you go along. Very beautiful property well maintained with great staff. I would only recommend the waterfront. There are lots of other restaurants nearby
