The staff and this hotel were so nice and friendly. They could not do enough for us. The only thing I was surprised at is that all the dining areas make sure that they have gluten free food but NO SUGAR FREE DESSERTS OR SYRUP for the pancakes for diabetics. I brought it to the attention of a chef named Michael and he said he would look into it. We were there for 10 Days and not one thing was done for the people that are diabetics. We own a timeshare elsewhere and I mentioned it to them also and the next day there was syrup and goodies with the sugar. Shame in coconut bay. It was very windy so the pools were a bit chilly in the morning Overall our 10 day vacation was very pleasant and the food was very good at all the restaurants. I shout out to Starz at the Flip Flop restaurant for lunch. She was so sweet and always made sure we had everything we wanted. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a welcome treat. Thank you for a pleasant vacation.

We'll return because of the staff and the spa!

Every single staff member we encountered was nice and easy to talk to. This is unusual. Staff members readily made eye contact and smiled. We had daily chit chat with our room attendant. The other outstanding feature was the Spa. We had two full body and reflexology massages and they were the best ever. The masseuses' were highly skilled. The food at the specialty restaurants was very good, but everything else was just average. The Harmony dinner was great, but the other celebration events had the same tired menu that was not very good.

We stayed at Coconut Bay for 5 nights in March. The property is beautiful. The staff are all so helpful. The food was good. Only one meal in the restaurant we were not wild about and that was at Trattoria (apps & dessert good, just not main dish). Calabash and Silk were delicious and we always found something at the main buffet we liked for breakfast and the one dinner we ate there. We rented a Cabana for one day, nice and relaxing. Food is delivered for lunch. The burgers were great! The activity pool is where we spent most of our time. It was also nice to have plenty of chair options (even at 10:30am)! The lazy river was also enjoyable. We stayed on the Harmony side as it was just my husband and me. Room was nice. We got a couple's massage at the spa, which was heavenly. The only downfall is that the resort is on the Atlantic side and the water can be rough. It was fairly windy here the whole time we were there. If you are a snorkel fan, don't bother at the resort. Not too much to see.

Staff was friendly and fun to communicate with the entire week. The resort felt like a trip to the 1960s. Very simple, dated, but well kept. Upgrade of rooms and pools would help. There is no beach availability because of wood and surf debris all over the place and an overpowering ocean. The rooms are small and so is the balcony. They have limited staff attending the pools. It is done on purpose to limit all inclusive food access to guests while at the pool. You also must go to the pool bars for drinks and wait in line often for service. This also reduces alcohol usage costs. Overall, the Staff does shine.

The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The pools were great, unfortunately, there is not a beach on the property, however,the view of the ocean was spectacular. The rooms are ok. Down side - one available outlet in the room to charge any devices you may have so bring a long charging wire. No dressers in the room, however, there are drawers in the desk. Beds comfortable. Entertainment and evening shows need improvement. Lots of activities if you have children.

Our family of 4spent 3 nights here in mid March. The accommodations were beyond our expectations, with the food choices topping out list. The rooms comfortably slept 4, with each kiddo getting a separate bed. Well done Coconut Bay !!!! Oh and did I mention, they partner with a local agency to help get dogs adopted cared for and adopted!! Loved getting to hang out with the puppies

Great family holiday

It was a family trip with grandkids from 3-16. Everyone had a great time and we are planning to go back. Great facility for all ages. Lots of things to do for the kids. Best thing was the food and the ability to get beach/pool chairs anytime. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Would recommend it without hesitation

The resort was top notch. Staff was wonderful! Our chambermaid Sepherine was fantastic and wonderful to talk to. She went out of her way to make towel animals each day!! Food was very good in the buffet, and excellent in the specialty restaurants. Families or couples won’t be disappointed. Would stay there again!

What we liked most about Coconut Bay is the hospitality of every staff member. Day or night we received smiles and kindness. Perfect location on the beach, food was great. Some resorts can seem over crowded but Coconut Bay had enough room to were we could sit comfortable any where on the resort. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. In their overview they list all-inclusive as unlimited meals,beverages, and snacks. But they should add unlimited "HOSPITALITY" because it was Excellent!!!!
