Approximately 50 feet from the Atlantic Ocean, you can relax on third floor balcony watching and listening to the waves roll in, sun yourself at oceanside pool, or swim in the ocean. Folly Beach is a charming island town, just 12 miles from Charleston. The condo is within walking distance of dining, shopping, and South Carolina's longest fishing pier.

From the comfort of the master bed, you can see and/or listen to the Atlantic Ocean. Access to the large balcony is through the living room or master bedroom. The property is fenced and gated, providing you extra privacy and ensuring you that parking is always available.

Location was perfect. Beds comfortable. Nice to have beach chairs available. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom upgrades were great. Wifi was a little spotty so we had trouble connecting our devices and using apps. Jerry was very responsive in helping with the wifi, but the signal was still weak. Great stay. We would come back.

Do not hesitate even for a moment to book this place. 5 stars!The ocean view. The sounds. The extremely simple and easy access to the beach and pier. Sitting on the balcony in the sun. This was easily the most beautiful condo I've ever stayed in! Gorgeous views, huge balcony, tons of space inside. Washer, dryer, full kitchen... we were in heaven. It was our first trip to Folly and we enjoyed every second. The condo is perfect walking distance to the beach, the pier, restaurants, and stores. We will definitely be back

Fantastic Condo, Stunning views and close to everything!Our Mother/Daughter trip could not have been more enjoyable, relaxing and rejuvenating. The Mom's had their own bed/bathrooms and we took the room with two twins and our own private bath. Perfect set up.We contacted the owner when the coffee maker wouldn't work and he immediately sent over a brand new one. We are already looking at staying again next year. LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!!

Week at Folly

We had an amazing stay here, so much so that we even booked an extra night! This property was very well taken care of, the linens and towels smelled fresh and clean, furniture was clean, decor was cute! Jerry was a wonderful and very communicative host. We had a small hiccup with the parking passes not being there when we arrived (due to a fill in cleaning crew), but Jerry quickly responded and advised us on what to do to handle the situation. The location was perfect, just far enough out of town to not have to deal with any traffic, but close enough to walk everywhere. We were facing the ocean, while also having access to two different pools. Totally recommend and would love to stay here again.

INCREDIBLE stay!

We had the BEST stay here! The unit was amazing- spacious, spotless, fully stocked kitchen and all around perfect! You can’t beat the location and the views. April vacation

We had a great time! The condo was clean and orderly. We stayed here several years ago and liked that condo better - closer to the elevator and beachy decor. This time only 2 bath towels per bathroom, no bath mat, no tub mat - it's very slick, the tv remotes are a little hard to navigate.
