The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private. We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities. The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets where there are lots of options for dining.

Piacevole soggiorno in questo grazioso B&B a Follonica. Posizione strategica a 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale e la spiaggia; nei dintorni ci sono parecchi locali quali ristoranti/bar/gelaterie. Weekend di coppia, posto trovato su questo sito. Struttura carina, nuova, in punto strategico vicino al mare e al centro. Stanza grande, con bagno privato, molto carino e pulito. Ci sarebbero dei dettagli da aggiungere, tipo mensoline e porta spazzolini al bagno, magari dei bicchieri attaccati al muro, e almeno un armadio. In ogni caso, esperienza più che positiva, il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ci tornerò in estate sicuramente

Das Check-in funktioniert alles online/via whatsapp. Schnelle Rückmeldung und Code für den Schlüsselsafe. Einrichtung hat mega Stil. Toll bemalte Wände, coole Gemälde und auch generell sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Frühstück wird vor das Zimmer geliefert. Zimmer befinden sich über einem Restaurant/Bar. Das heisst, man hört die Musik und spürt den Bass bis um 1.30 Uhr. Aber wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.

Incredible. Seriously. I don’t think either of us have stayed anywhere that has left such a wonderful impression. It was an experience like what you always hope to have, but rarely do. Attention to detail, comfortable and sensible rooms with a personal touch that makes it feel like you’re staying somewhere that is really cared for. Not sure when we’ll have another experience at a hotel/bnb like this, so I think we’ll just have to come back!
