The apartment of Manuela and Alberto is located on the fifth floor of a quiet building, inhabited almost exclusively by residents, located in a lovely residential area not far from the center of Follonica.
The location is great: in the city but away from the hustle and bustle of the center, a few minutes by bike from the sea and with a wonderful view of the countryside from the bedroom and from the terrace.
Thanks to its height, the apartment is always very ventilated. Even in the hottest summers, just open a window to enjoy a pleasant breeze.

The accommodation was our home until recently and has been furnished with care and with great attention to comfort. You will find not only a new generation washing machine, but also a comfortable dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, as well as a second large freezer on the ground.
In the storage room where the washing machine is located there are also a drying rack, an iron and everything necessary for cleaning, including the vacuum cleaner.
On the terrace there is an external wash-basin with a washing-up surface.
The bedrooms are furnished with large wall-to-wall wardrobes, high up to the ceiling.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the condominium parking. It is also possible to park for free all year on the street, in front of the building entrance.
To reach the apartment, located on the fifth floor, 2 lifts are available.

The apartment, with 2 large bedrooms, is perfect for 4 but can accommodate up to 6 people.
For those who wish, we can in fact prepare up to two additional single beds, to be placed in the larger room or in the living room.
