Luminoso!
Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, al secondo e ultimo piano di un edificio con 6 unità immobiliari. Molto luminoso, con aria condizionata ovunque. Vicinissimo alla zona pedonale di Follonica ma senza subirne il caos, anche se il traffico nella via si sente (con le finestre aperte). Mare a 5' a piedi, così come il posto auto privato (fondamentale visto che in zona son tutti parcheggi a pagamento).
Insomma promosso a pieni voti.

Tutto bene a parte lo sgradevolissimo odore di fogna presente in bagno. Mancava il wifi anche se indicato nella descrizione.
