Pool & rink at 11km. Landscaped water & recreation at 300 m. Cottage country of 1935 restored to 1.5 km from the slopes of the vast Espace Diamant and 300 m of the water plan developed. Charming village typical and well preserved of the Val D'arly on the road to the famous col des Aravis. Exposed South-West Coteau. Very good comfort. Warm mountain stamp. Nice and cosy. Lots of charm. Wide balcony panoramic. Large terrace. Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif. Shops and services on-site.
