The stay was good. But manager was very difficult to deal with during check in and especially check out. Our 3 year old daughter stubbed her toe on a piece of furniture so badly it tore her nail off so we asked for an hour late check out, which was denied. We scrambled around all morning getting to CVS, dealing with our daughter’s injury. The manage and staff called and came by the unit, hovering around to make sure we were leaving. We ended up leaving at 11:35am, thirty five minutes late.
After we left I noticed a $75 late check out fee on the invoice. After a 10 minute, spirited conversation with the manager, she refused to waive the fee.
Mind you this was our 3rd spring break here in a row, totally upwards of $15k. So the $75 fee felt like a slap in the face.
Unfortunate ending to our spring break.
