Eu e minha filha de 12 anos não conseguimos ficar! O quarto estava com o cheiro forte de cigarro! Banheiro todo enferrujado,sem sabonete. Cama super velha,roupa de cama sem condições de uso! O clima estava frio com temperatura de 12 graus e não havia coberta! Não conseguimos ficar 5 minutos no quarto! As fotos do site infelizmente não condizem com a realidade! Ficamos chocadas

O chuveiro era maravilhoso. O quarto em si, era razoável. A cama era pequena. O hotel estava super lotado o que interferiu no checkin, no café da manhã, na espera pelo elevador e sem contar que não é mencionado em nenhum lugar sobre o estacionamento, que não tem no hotel e é necessário pagar fora.

Limpeza e serviço de quarto péssimos. Tive crise de rinite, pedi trica de roupas de cama, mas não fui atendido e, ainda, foram grosseiros quando tentei reclamar. Não colocam pano de chão no banheiro, tive que pedir. Haviam lâmpadas que não acendiam, no banheiro e no quarto. Pedi para consertarem, mas consertaram apenas algumas. Secador de cabelo não estava funcionando. Pedi para ajeitarem e simplesmente tiraram i secadir sem dar nenhuma explicação a respeito. A chegada ao hotel é caótica, pois a faixa reservada para embarque e desembarque e pequena, o check-in é demorado devido à insuficiência de atendentes para a quantidade de hóspedes chegando e não há funcionário para organizar i desembarque e orientar quem chega, de forma que e preciso deixar o carro praticamente no meio da rua sujeito a multa. Enfim, o hotel é desorganizado e os funcionários são mal preparados. Não recomendo este hotel para ninguém.

A experiência foi muito boa, quarto lindo e arrumado, instalações bem boas e compatível. Café da manhã excelente, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Localização muito boa, tem barulho, mas nada insuportável. O que notei que precisa de cuidados e atenção: 1. Saídas de emergências bloqueadas. 2. Descer pela escada em emergência, será acidentes com certeza, além de faltar o formações, existiam bloqueios, e andares são uma confusão terrível, até bombeiros teriam dificuldades. Fora esses detalhes de insegurança, eu voltaria a me hospedar.

No quarto, a cama de casal estava arrumada com dois lençóis de solteiro. No chão encontrei cabelos. As paredes estavam emboloradas e no banheiro tinham baratas bem pequenas. No box do banheiro a água não tinha vazão e acumulava. Alguns itens do café da manhã eram de má qualidade. Não tem acessibilidade. Hotel antigo e mal conservado. Parece que não tem manutenção.

Bom custo benefício, muito bem localizado, ficamos num quarto de um andar já reformado, quarto amplo. Café da manhã bom. Ponto negativo - garagem terceirizada precisamos pagar e ficava fora do hotel No último dia faltou água no hotel e pedimos a extensão do checkout para aguardar a água voltar para possibilitar um banho e fomos tratados com rispidez na recepção. Pedimos para falar com o gerente e a recepcionista disse que eu deveria escrever para a ouvidoria do hotel reclamando. Escrevi e quando recebi a resposta dizendo que poderíamos ficar até as 15 horas já havíamos feito o checkout. Fora esse incidente foi uma. Ia hospedagem
