This is a new apartment, is 500 meters from the sea, with a suite plus a dormitory, both with double box bed and split air conditioning, plus 1 single bed in the living room, social bathroom, living room, full kitchen with refrigerator and freezer , gas stove, electric and microwave ovens, sandwich maker, blender, laundry, balcony with barbecue, garage for cars up to 4.62 meters, cable TV, WIFI internet - accommodates up to 6 people (I then provide one more mattress), check in from 2 pm, check out until 10 am. Ideal apartment for people who participate in events during the year, as it is close to the hotels Slaviero, Oceania, North Coast, Porto Sol, where events take place.

Excelente apartamento, ótima estrutura e hospitalidade!

Viajamos recentemente com a família para Floripa e adoramos este apartamento e a dona, muito querida e atenciosa. A estrutura é ótima e o imóvel fica muito próximo da praia.

Apartamento atende as expectativas!

Fomos muito bem atendidos pela dona Vera e Júlia, que foram bastante atenciosas desde informações iniciais para estabelecimento do contrato até o final da estadia. O apartamento é simples, mas aconchegante, possui todos utensílios de cozinha, máquina de lavar e sacada com equipamentos para churrasco. Camas são confortáveis e os ares condicionados funcionam bem. A TV a cabo não tem muitas opções de canais, mas não foi um problema em nossa estadia. Fica relativamente próximo a praia, mas não tem um acesso direto na mesma rua, é necessário pegar uma rua próxima para chegar, mas nada que ultrapasse 900m, o caminho é bem tranquilo a pé. Recomendo o apartamento e indico principalmente para quem vai em família e busca segurança. A rua é tranquila, sem muito fluxo de veículos!
