Great location, very close to tourists shuttles drop off point. Friendly staff. The room did not have hot shower. The bed sheets were not clean and I found hair on pillows. A little effort on cleanliness could make this place an excellent hostel.

Great location. Great service.

It was good. We just needed a place to sleep with a private bathroom. Traveled with my 71y/o mother. We are both diabetics insuline dependent and they were kind to let us store the insulin in their fridge. They also stored our bags untill check in time as we arrived early.

My fault I guess for not noticing that the property does not come with air conditioning so while we were very tired, we had difficulties sleeping as we were melting. Lots of mosquitos too. The screen in the bathroom fell in the shower and it was very dirty and reeked if pee. The staff were very friendly though and accommodated us quite well. They even held on to our luggage long after checkout time so that we could go get breakfast. I found out after that there are other properties around the area with AC so I know for next time.

Great value

Communication is reliable. You can WhatsApp them. During my first night, water was not working for the whole island. They turned on the emergency water for me so that I could shower. Also, no hot water, but it’s not necessary with the hot weather. It was actually refreshing. It’s at the entrance to the island, so you wont get lake view views like you do on the northwest side, but everything is so close, just walk over there.

Oh gosh this facility it’s call hotel just because very far from being one. I don’t know where to start. The shower…. Plan to shower with very cold water. Very dilapidated. I had to put the little desk in front of the door I didn’t feel too safe at night. One day I was going to shower and there was no water. They said a pipe broke. There is no tv in the rooms you will only get the bed a desk and a night stand. If you are looking for comfort this is not your place. I had to stay because I was not going to get my money back. I gave up because I have a friend near by and I went to her house all day. I didn’t want to tell her how shady this place was.

Mal atención

No me pareció que se eligió y pago la habitación y al llegar al lugar la persona de recepción cobro más de lo que cobra la aplicación y dijo que si no me parecía que desocupara el lugar, ya eran las 10 de la noche y no le importó decir que me fuera a la calle, fue una persona con muy mala educación y sin servicio al cliente.

Es lugar esta bien por el precio que se paga. NO HAY AGUA CALIENTE, aunque es un lugar muy caliente y el agua no está helada, si sería bueno cambiar esa parte. La atención es excelente, te ayudan con los transportes a todos lados y siempre están disponibles para contestar.

Súper recomendado.

A pesar del poco personal que aparentan tener, el interés y la preocupación por el bienestar del turista, fue espectacular. Gente muy amable y dispuesta en todo momento a ayudar de cualquier forma posible, para la comodidad de cada uno de sus huéspedes. Además, el hotel posee una ubicación privilegiada, a la entrada de Isla de Flores, qué permite el fácil acceso a esta ciudad y también a solo un paso de sus alrededores.
