We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They have an airport shuttle which is very convenient. They also helped us arrange a private shuttle and tour to Tikal. We loved the onsite bakery, bar, & restaurants. We really didn’t have to venture off the property. My one feedback is bugs seem inevitable, maybe better pest control.

Cute hotel with a nice pool/restaurant bar on the roof (4th floor) but be aware that it can be noisy...especially if u r in a room below it. I felt it was a bit overpriced for what it was and if it werent for that & the noise from the restaurant above i would have rated it higher. Free airport shuttle was great. Location is good but its a very small island so its only a few minutes walk to everywhere.

It was disappointing that the room was not ready at check in time but otherwise we had a good stay. The room was a little noisy from the rooftop bar and people coming and going from there and for the sunrise tours at Tikal but the a/c removed most of the noise! Comfy beds, good food in the restaurant, and a great bar!

Room was spotless, comfortable and good size. Hotel is beautiful, loved small pool area too. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Food at restaurants and bakery was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented . Best iced coffee Ever in bakery Delirio. Roof is perfect place to watch sunset and food and drinks very good. All together a wonderful stay.

We opted to stay at the Isal de Flores because we were returning from Tikal and Yaxha and needed an overnight spot close to the airport for an early-morning flight out the next day. It was a very good choice in terms of location, transport to the airport, room quality, and responsiveness of the staff. The rooftop bar is a nice addition, but be aware that the beat of the music from the bar when it turns into a club at night can be a little disruptive. Flores island itself has its charms but is limited in size and dining options.
