The hotel is so cute and very clean ! The staff in the hotel and the restaurant are very attentive and friendly . 🌸Had a delicious dinner on the rooftop restaurant with gorgeous views of the lake and sunset . Nothing like it anywhere else around ! Lots of amenities here -high end toiletries , lots of fluffy pillows, complimentary shuttle to airport and filtered water in the lobby 💕

I booked this hotel mostly because it provides shuttle service but I didn’t have it at all. I booked a pick-up prior to arrival and got promised by hotel but the bus didn’t show up so I had to take a taxi to get on the island. When I left, I asked for a drive-up but was rejected as they said its last one is at 6 pm. I stayed there for two nights with different rooms. The first night the basin was clogged. The second night the toilet was clogged and this room facing the street was super noisy and I woke up at 4 am. Luckily I didn’t have the sunrise tikal tour.

The room and amenities are just as described. Due to the location and infrastructure of the island/inlet (isla de flores) they seem to get a lot of electrical issues often. We visited when the weather was above 30 degrees Celsius, and on the first night, our AC stopped working. The staff initially stated that the mechanical workers couldn't come until the morning to fix the problem, but the room got unbearably hot without AC. Thankfully, the night hotel staff tried until they were able to reset the breaker, and the AC resumed working. However, the next day there was an ~8-hour period during which the entire island had a power outage. I understand this was out of the hotel's control. Bring a headlamp just in case of these outages!

Isla De Flores Hotel is THE place to stay when in Flores. The aesthetic is in line with the island feel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Decore is traditional yet modern, chic yet boho - great vibe all around!

Airport shuttle is a golf cart and great. Did not eat and drink at the property but there is a restaurant/bar onsite. Pool was dirty and the initial room I was placed in needed a bit or of extra care but the property was able to move me quickly when it was discovered that my air was not working.
