The rooms were very clean, and staff were very very helpful. It's an bit out of town but the tuk tuks are cheap. But be aware that they stop at 8pm. They can make you breakfast for an extra charge , and nothing is too much trouble .

Staff were super nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet. However, some really basic things were missing - only one towel for hands, body and feet, and no mirror anywhere in the room or bathroom?? Also the hot water didn’t work both nights I was there which bummed me out as I came straight from the Acatenango hike. If you’re doing a quick overnight just for Tikal this place is sufficient/cheap, but it’s in kind of a weird part of town. Took me 20 mins to walk to Flores Island for dinner and a Q20 tuk tuk ride back.

The hotel is a bit far from everything but it's not a bad walk to the island where the busses are. It is down a dark deserted street at night so if you get spooked easily, I would avoid it. The hotel is new and still not completed yet. The rooms are nice but basic. The reason I would not stay here again is because the hotel does not have any hot water or even warm water. I'm used to not having true hot water in central America. Usually places have water tanks on the roof and the sun heats it so you won't have frigid water but this hotel doesn't even have that. The water that comes out is freezing cold. They have a kitchen and I'm not sure how anything can truly be sanitized without hot water. Only one staff member speaks English and it's the overnight staff. All of the others only speak Spanish.

The pool looked very clean . However, I did not get the chance to swim in it. The service was excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy. I would definitely stay there again, I actually recommended it to a friend who will be there soon.

Chambre spacieuse et propre mais peu lumineuse. Nous étions dans le couloir d'escalier donc assez bruyant. Pas d'eau chaude dans notre chambre. Par contre personnel adorable, tres arrangeant, souriant et serviable. Pas testé la piscine mais elle est bien entretenue.
