I have good and bad opinions about this apartment. Its conditions are perfect, clean, and the check in is excellent. I will say we couldn't sleep well because the mattress is VERY thin. You can feel all of the bed springs and considering how much walking you do in Florence you’d think at least the bed would be comfy. My daughter and I had to sleep on the couch on the first floor. The last night we asked them for the taxi phone number and got no reply. The next morning when we had to leave, there was NO ELECTRICITY!!!!! at 6 am!!! We woke up with no heating so we were cold the whole night and without light we couldn't shower and pack our bags in peace. That ruined our stay. We sent them a message and they never answered us. They already took their money so they no longer cared, therefore I don't recommend this place. There are many more in the area.
