like two separate houses on top of each other (with the second floor containing its own kitchen), this house offers a cozy feel that family members or friends can spend time together but still have adequate space to sleep 12. The cozy cottage has two piers and a wrap around composite deck on the back of the house. It also has a cozy covered porch right off of the kitchen.
