Super convenient for our overnight stay while traveling. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and very pet friendly. Super friendly staff!

We usually stay at the Springhill Suites across the street but it was sold out. We were pleasantly satisfied with Quality Inn. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Price was cheaper than Marriott of course. We are Marriott people generally but would have no issue staying at Quality Inn civic center again.

The beds were comfortable. Non smoking room smelled okay, but had cigarette burns on toilet seat and tub top side. Shower head was crooked with wall around shower spout was slightly damaged. Steps leading up to second floor were corroded and needs repairs in the near future.
