Very clean and the staff was friendly! The only issue I had was that there was no elevator for my room on the second floor (I had a long day of driving so I was exhausted) but overall, the stay was great, especially for the area it's in. Various restaurants are around the corner as well as a mall if you want to kill some time. Would highly recommend!

Staff - very sloppy, unprofessionally dressed, somewhat loud; couple in the next room was arguing; breakfast was limited (no creamer for the coffee.) Guest from upstairs rushed downstairs fussing that we hit her car before realizing she was WRONG!!! Breakfast staff was very good. Travel to Florence monthly. Will look for another hotel in June/July. Didn't like this Quality Inn and Suites.

Property is not well kept at all. Everything from the smell when walking into the lobby to the room smelled old and very musty. Room given to us had a jacuzzi tub that was not working (young man told us this at check in). Water in tub during shower built up as I was showering. Towels had stains. Had to put he’s towels to use from target.
