People at front desk are nice but there are things that sow the hotel's management problem. AC was not cool enough at night. I suspect they centrally higher the temerature set. The bathroom light turned off as I turn off the bed light. Coffee pods and tea bags are not replenished after room cleaning.

Great breakfast. The staffs are always on top making sure the trays are always filled. Clean room however we booked for 3 people and the staff seems did not check how many people checked in, always replacing towels onlu for 2 people so we ended up having to request for extra towels every day which was annoying.
