Marriott Hotels & Resorts - accommodation in Florence

The facility as a whole is definitely outdated but everything was clean and working properly. This was the perfect little evening getaway. The temperature pool area was perfect, the pool was not freezing, the hot tub was a nice area. Sitting at the tables listening to the “waterfall” at night was very peaceful. Dianne or Debrah at the front desk was absolutely amazing. (Forgive me on remembering her name) will absolutely be visiting more often!

The layout and size of the rooms are the strong qualities. The breakfast was chaotic b/c it was very crowded and difficult to get to the food and there were lines waiting for the next batches to come out. I stayed 6 nights but my room was straightened up with fresh towels only once. There was a guy behind the bar at breakfast who looked like he worked there, but when I asked if he could prepare a cafe mocha, he rudely informed me that he didn’t know how to work the espresso machine. I don’t think that I will stay at this Hyatt Place again. Lots of negative vibes.
