The room I had was cute with a balcony and high ceilings. There was a fan and a AC. The location is great- within 10 mins walk from the Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat. Tram station is 5 mins walk. Front staff was very helpful. It is a bit hard to find if you follow the directions from the map in Expedia but easy to figure out with the street number.

Beautiful painted ceiling. However the hotel was advertised as 4* but was definitely not! Once we got used to that, and once the wifi began to work after the first day, we enjoyed our stay.

The room is well-located. Within short walking distance of Il Duomo. The room itself had a high ceiling with a mosaic on it, comfortable bed, a sofa & a desk. En suite bathroom with hot water. Everything worked. The room was very clean. Check in was easy as someone was at the property to greet me. I was very happy with the room & location. The street outside is very busy but everywhere is busy in Florence.

The location was great, close to city center. The bed was horrible, very hard mattress, the TV was tiny, looked like a computer monitor on a giant wall. The shower had a small hole in the tile as if it was made intentionally and maybe they had a camera in there, I put toilet paper to cover the hole just in case there was a camera. The shower was so tiny, could barely move, and water pours outside the shower stall. Two women traveling alone, we didn't feel safe after seeing the hole in the shower tile, we slept with the light on. We only stayed one night. On the positive side, the sheets were very clean, the location was great, but that's all that was good.

The good: The staff were friendly The bad: It's pretty far from Firenze Santa Maria Novella and the small streets in Florence make it hard to get there with luggage The included breakfast was packets of hard bread squares with a few jams, instant coffee and a kettle No fridge Grime which was easily removed around the edges of the shower Loose tiles all over the room No light in the centre of the room so it was very dingy Paper-thin towels The terrible: The toilet had a sewerage backflow problem where after a while liquefied feces would be sitting in the bottom of the toilet The toilet was also leaking from the p-trap The matress was firm but the middle would sink in, signalling a mattress that needs replacing Terrible value for money, I'm not sure how long they've been running it but they are definitely making enough money to bring the rooms into the 21st century

Pros: Conveniently situated near popular tourist attractions. Cons: The placement of the air conditioner was suboptimal, providing insufficient cooling for occupants of the bed. We required a standing fan from the front desk to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. We appreciate the front desk staff's assistance in this matter. Overall: Our stay was satisfactory.

Great room in a decent location. Lots of great food within a few minutes walk. The room is quite big and all of the amenities work great. The location is fairly hidden as it is just a wooden door to a complex, but if you buzz the hotel floor they will let you in and provide keys to the main entrance, hotel entrance and room entrance. A bit complex but worth it for the room. Would definitely recommend this!
