Super clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a road with little to no traffic but within walking distance to so many attractions and good restaurants.

This hotel is in a very convenient area. Food and shops plus the central marketplace. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a good variety. The room is large and clean. The bed was good and the pillows are nice. We added an extra day .

Everything you could possibly want was right around the corner. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was way better than expected with very nice pastry options and anything else someone may want. The room was cozy and very comfortable. The bed had a memory foam cover over the mattress which was very comfortable and the pillows were nice memory foam as well. Great place to stay!

The hotel is located within walking distance of the train station, Piazza del Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and Mercato Centrale. There are several restaurants to choose from too! The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was beautiful with frescos on the ceilings. There was always croissants, fruit and coffee available all day long. Beautiful outdoor eating area. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We would stay here again!
