Hotel staff very friendly, they caught on check in that it was my birthday and made it very special with a surprise bottle of wine and chocolates. The dining area staff were also accommodating, kind and so friendly. Would gladly stay here again, central to all of Florence we wished to visit

The rooms are somewhat on the small side, but they are pristine clean, and the front desk folks were awesome and super helpful. A reasonably short walk from the train station made it very convenient for us.

During our vacation in Rome, we spontaneously decided to visit Florence and discovered this hotel on Expedia, for which we are truly thankful! This newly renovated boutique hotel is situated in the heart of Florence. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, providing us with a city map and highlighting key attractions and essential information. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered stunning views of the city, while the bathroom was beautifully designed. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of options. The staff surprised us with a bag of Florentine cookies and chocolate at our door, accompanied by a personalized note. Our one-night stay at this remarkable hotel made our brief visit to Florence truly unforgettable.

I stayed in Florence during a heatwave and the hotel was super cool and the air con in my room was perfect. I had a slight problem with the loo running (water) but they fixed it straight away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of gluten free and alternative milk options. Can recommend.

Globus in Florence, the best!

Our visit to Florence was made easier and definitely more pleasurable because of our stay at the Globus Urban Hotel. Giovanni and the front desk team were the best. Jessica, Niko and Jenny in the breakfast area prep and service totally enhanced our experience. Breakfast options were above most we've encountered but the service was well above excellent!
