Nice stay

It will be nice to have a book of instructions for the lights, heating, contacts, références… The appartment was very clean. It was supposed to be 2 bedrooms but they put the small bed in the bigger bedroom with the other double bed. Électricity, plugs and lights are very complicated. They should provide dish towel, and more towels and toilet papers, depending how long is your stay. Well situated, not far from center but a little bit noisy. In general, it’s enough spacious for 2 or 3 persons.

Enjoyable stay...Could be more comfortable!

Giulietta apartment is in a great location, 10 minutes walk into the centre of beautiful Florence. The street Via Laura can be a bit noisy at times from the main bedroom. We were greeted by Elisa although slightly later than our 2pm check in, she communicated the information required and was very friendly. The apartment has a good amount of space, the kitchen is well equipped although no sign of a basic kettle. The bathroom was functional, plenty of towels provided however the shower was pretty poor. The main bedroom is a lovely size with lots of hanging space, hangers and a pull out bed. The main double however is the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. There are two single mattresss on the metal bed frame which slope into the middle leaving you with a feeling of sleeping on a hillside...not great. I notice there have been other reviews posted mentioning this and it appears that this issue has yet to be rectified. The single bedroom also has a pull out bed as does the main living area which has a double sofa. Overall we had a lovely stay, the apartment could be improved with just a couple of changes to the bed and shower also the cleaning fee @70 euros was quite expensive for removing your own rubbish/garbage and taking it on a 5 minute walk.

A localização do apartamento é excelente, bem na região central, o apartamento é grande e espaçoso e acomoda 6 pessoas (1 quarto com cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro, um sofá cama para casal na sala e mais um quarto com cama de solteiro). Contudo há somente um banheiro, esse é o ponto negativo (água bem quentinha, ótimo). O quarto estava limpíssimo, porém foi deixado apenas 2 rolos de papel higiênico para 3 dias e 5 hóspedes, muito pouco. Tirando o banheiro e o papel higiênico, tudo foi ótimo!

De los peores tratos posibles

De las peores experiencias que hemos tenido. Inician cobrando un montón de cargos que jamás estuvieron en las condiciones de la reserva. Entre esos, la tarifa de aseo triplica el valor de la estancia. Para entregar el apartamento envían a una persona a entregar las llaves del apartamento que a empujones nos sacó diciéndonos que no era problema de el que no estuviéramos de acuerdo con los cobros adicionales. Después de tanto buscar, logramos encontrar el número que los que manejan el apartamento. La señorita fue supremamente grosera, después de burlarse, decirnos que no era su problema, que de igual manera ya habíamos pagado y no devolvería el dinero ni nos daría ninguna solucion, nos dijo que le estábamos haciendo perder su tiempo, que tenía que trabajar y nos colgó y jamas volvió a contestar. Estuvimos esperando en la calle afuera del apartamento por 2 horas, con niños pequeños. Para no perder el dinero ya pagado, accedimos a pagar todos los cargos adicionales, el mismo señor llegó casi una hora después, y si no fuera suficiente nos cobró 15 euros adicionales porque tuvo que volver a abrirnos el apartamento. El apartamento es bonito pero no tiene electrodomésticos que funcionen bien. Fue un desastre, el peor trato de todos. Si quieren tener vacaciones tranquilas, les recomiendo que busquen otras opciones. Puede parecer una opción más económica pero NO lo es, y JAMAS serán tan mal tratados

Akzeptabel für den preis!

Die wohnung ist bei weitem nicht so hell wie auf den fotos, bis auf ein bett sind alles schlafsofas...welche auch bereits bessere zeiten gesehen haben...leider Ansonsten gute ausstattung, alles notwendige sogar ein guter föhn sind vorhanden! Vom zentrum ca 15 min entfernt! Finde den preis für das gebotene akzeptabel und würde die unterkunft auch noch einmal buchen! Also für kleines budget absolut empfehlenswert!
